Check-in and Check-out
- The Check-In time will be at 3:00 pm and the Check-Out time will be at 11:00 am.
- You will receive the check-in details 48 hours before your check-in date.
- Kindly check the House Rules page before checking out.
- Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, if you have questions for easy Check-In and Check-Out.

House Rules
- Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
- Kindly comply with the parking regulations and requirements, and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
- No eating and/or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the cozy dining area. Kindly use the coasters provided for drinks.
Before the check-out time, please look over for the following:
- It’s much appreciated that dishes are done and garbage is thrown out, before the check-out time. Please place all the recyclable items in the recycle bin in the kitchen or the blue-lid recycling bin underneath the parking deck.
- Please make sure to turn off any electronics and lights when you leave the house at check out. And as for the lights in the bedrooms kidly use the lights remote control.
- Please don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors at check-out.
- Please recycle and place all recyclables in marked containers.
- Trash pick-up is on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month.
